Free Software
Using computers in your business is a must these days. Of course, the biggest problem is that they aren't necessarily cheap to maintain, especially when you also have to purchase all the various software programs required to do the things you need to do. And if you have several computers to maintain, it becomes even more expensive.
Fortunately there are many programs out there that can help you keep up-to-date that won't cost you a cent. Below are several exceptional programs or entire software packages that can be used in lieu of more expensive commercial ones. Again, these are absolutely free of charge.

Who needs a web presence?
The answer to the above depends on the answer to another question; how badly do you want people to know about you or your products? Web sites have become about a ubiquitous as business cards, and many customers expect to see a web address as much as they do a phone number at the top of a company's letterhead.
Manufacturers
- Use the web to effectively present your machining processes, equipment, shops, locations and various products while giving potential customers and long time clients a means of contacting you quickly for sales and service.
Retailers
- Virtually eliminate the overhead of a physical store by selling online. And when your business expands, you don't have to go looking for a new location to fit your needs.
Bloggers
- Blogging has become one of the most truly democratic aspects of the World Wide Web. With a web blog, you can speak your mind on any subject without the expense of having to be published in a book or magazine.
Clubs
- Whether your club or organization meets locally or is spread throughout the world, a web site is a great way to communicate and make your group known.
Churches/Religious Groups
- Spread your faith, communicate with your congregation, provide calendars of upcoming events, and present your clergy and staff.
Individuals and Families
- Many families are spread throughout the country or even the world. Share photos, memories, birthdays and other events, and even video. In other words, use the web to stay in touch with those you love.
The short answer is everyone could use a web presence.
What if you don't have the skill, knowledge or time to create one yourself?
That's where we come in. Webbed Feats can take your ideas, products and vision and help you achieve a web presence that will allow you to share them with the entire world. We can also maintain the site for you if you don't have the time or manpower to do it on your own. All for a very affordable price.
